David helped us look for houses meeting our list of needs and tracked down info on any house we found in the Houston area. We live in NM and to prevent us from having to travel 600 miles+ he would video the houses we particularly felt came closer to our ideal home. He would point out specific or potential problems with certain houses (i.e., driveway entry too close to main traffic). He kept us on track with certain paperwork and followed up on foundation repair done based on a home inspection in order to purchase our new home. He was knowledgeable about different suburbs and flooded areas of Houston. We came to Houston 3 times and looked at 3 to 4 homes each time. We feel lucky that we found David, he was a tremendous help. We would definitely use him again and refer friends and family.
